We are grateful to the Toolkit teams and Health System Building Block working groups who contributed to design, content development and writing, collating tools, practical resources and case studies, and helped to refine the Toolkit.

This Implementation Toolkit has been collaboratively developed by many implementers and facilitated by NEST360 with UNICEF. Many hundreds of individuals have contributed to the co-design of this toolkit helping to input content, test and review including: programme managers, policymakers, frontline health workers, biomedical engineers/technicians, health administrators, academics, researchers. The content is reviewed by an editorial team. Extensive efforts have been made to support current guidelines by WHO and evidence based organisations. However, the content, materials, opinions expressed on the toolkit are those of the individual contributors and do not necessarily represent official policy of any the organisations involved. Funding for the Implementation Toolkit was through the NEST360 alliance; the Toolkit content does not necessarily constitute the policy of the funding organisations.

Every effort has been made to ensure that the information provided on this Toolkit is accurate, the completeness of the content cannot be guaranteed. The Toolkit team or linked organisations are not liable for any damage or loss arising from the use of or reliance on information contained on this Toolkit. Changes may be made to the content of at any time, to enable updates and advances.
